The process of correcting your smile with clear aligners starts on the 3d scan of your teeth. And there’s two ways to do that. The best way is to come into one of our clinics with one of our dentists to a 3d scan of your teeth. And the other way is if you can’t visit one of our practices, we can send you an impression kit to do at home. And we’ve got a video show you how to do it and how to take your, our mold. And we guide you through the whole process. Once we have a 3d scanner, small we’ll to see whether clear aligners is a good fit for your model and whether it can achieve the model that we’re looking for. We say that because clear aligners are great for simple and medium cases, not so great for complex cases.

The next step is to come into one of our practices for a consult. And in that appointment, what we do is we take more pictures and more x-rays and we make sure that your mouth is ready for play alarms and healthy for clear alarms in that consult. We also run through what clear iron can and can do and what they can realistically achieve for your respond. The console’s also a great opportunity for you to come into the clinic with all the questions that you’ve had, whether it be from stuff that you’ve read online, or if you’ve had a friend or a family member who’s had similar treatment or something like that, also done in the past that have told you something about it. And you want to clarify some things. That’s what the puzzle is for to run through all your questions and running through a and how it works. The next step is for us to create a 3d simulation of your smile. And that’s when we take your smile as it is today, and we’ll show you how it’s going to change from where it is now to the end result. And we do that by virtually changing and moving the teeth around and you get to see each step each movement through the way it gives us an idea of how long and how the treatment will take.

Once. We’ve made sure that you’re happy with the 3d simulation of your smile and how the treatment will go. Then we often manufacture your aligns. This can take about one or two weeks, sometimes a little bit longer, depending on the case, but once we have them, we can send ’em straight to your home to get started. And we send you videos and how, how look after them, how to care for them and how to go about doing the treatment. Sometimes you clear eyes, my need to get fitted. And if that’s the case for your smile, then we bring you in for a fitting appointment and we get them done for you
